Durlok
Durlok Fasteners are high-performance self-locking bolts and nuts designed to resist loosening under severe vibration and shock. Featuring serrated teeth on the flange that grip surfaces gently but firmly, they eliminate the need for washers and provide reliable, reusable locking in critical applications.

Industrial Applications
Durlok Fasteners are widely used in:
- Automotive industry: Secure critical fastenings in engines, chassis, and suspension systems exposed to vibration.
- Aerospace and defense: Provide self-locking assurance in high-stress, vibration-prone structural assemblies.
- Railways and heavy machinery: Ensure fastener integrity during constant dynamic loading and shock.
- Construction and infrastructure: Used in demanding environments requiring high-strength and vibration-resistant fastening.
- Power generation and petrochemical plants: Maintain secure joints in critical piping and machinery under heavy vibration.
Product Description
The Durlok System comprises specially designed bolts and nuts with radial serrations on the flange surface that engage both the fastener and the bearing material. This design produces moderate but sufficient edge pressure to guarantee self-locking without damaging or grooving the clamped material. Durlok fasteners are reusable, as their serration pattern maintains locking ability even after multiple assemblies. The system works effectively on a broad range of materials including hardened steels, cast irons, non-ferrous metals, and sheet materials. Designed for high tensile strength and vibration resistance, Durlok fasteners deliver enhanced safety, reduced maintenance, and improved performance in critical engineering applications.
